St. Regis Rye – The Residences
The St. Regis Residences Rye development will include 95 luxury condominiums located in five three- to four-story buildings constructed above an underground parking garage. The 7-acre site was a former office building with at-grade parking. The project will allow for the senior affluent downsizer looking to remain in the community.
DTS has provided planning, approvals, site engineering and preliminary landscape architectural services for the project. Planning for the project included approval support for a zoning amendment and site plan approval. Upon approval DTS provided site engineering construction documents and permitting support. The project is currently under construction with an anticipated opening in June of 2020.
