A groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 21st for the Cortlandt Crossing Shopping Center to be located on Route 6 in Cortlandt, New York. Town Supervisor Linda Puglisi welcomed the new center, noting in an announcement that “it will provide more jobs, [and] additional revenue for the town, school district and the County.” Acadia Realty Trust’s 130,000 square foot center will house a ShopRite supermarket and nine other retail stores.
