Pace University Elm Hall
The opening of Elm Hall and adjoining central green was officially marked by a ribbon cutting on October 6th on the Pleasantville campus. The 96,000 square foot upperclassmen residence hall includes a mix of semi-suite and full-suite living options, student lounges, classrooms, and the University’s IT data center. The trees, pathways and gathering spaces in the landscaped green provide a central focus for the flanking residence halls, Kessel Student Center and Goldstein Fitness Center and the greater campus. DTS Provident has provided approval process, site engineering, landscape architectural and project management services for the planning and implementation of the Pace Pleasantville Master Plan beginning in 2009.
