Teatown Sustainability Series

On March 29th, DTS partner Andrew Tung joined attorney David Steinmetz and Yonkers Planning Director Lee Ellman on a Teatown-sponsored panel entitled “Reuse & Redevelopment: The Ever-Changing Landscape of Westchester.” They discussed changes occurring in redevelopment thinking, zoning and implementation in a number of Westchester communities, with Tung relating the firm’s experiences at the former General Motors Assembly Plant site in Sleepy Hollow (now Edge-On-Hudson) and the former Reader’s Digest corporate headquarters in New Castle (now Chappaqua Crossing).
