Chappaqua Crossing Apartments
A ceremonial ribbon-cutting was held on June 7th to celebrate the completion of the $21 million renovation of the original Reader’s Digest Cupola Building into 64 mixed-income apartments on the Chappaqua Crossing campus in New Castle, NY. Redeveloped by Wilder Balter Partners in association with New York State Homes and Community Renewal, the former office building houses 38 affordable to low/moderate-income and 26 market-rate units, all with access to landscaped courtyards and on-site amenities, and directly adjacent to existing office and medical tenants and the soon-to-be completed retail center on the site. DTS Provident provided planning and engineering support for the Apartments project, and continues to provide planning, land use approvals, engineering and landscape architectural services for the ongoing redevelopment of the Chappaqua Crossing campus.
