Ralph P. Peragine, P.E.

Senior Associate Ralph Peragine has over 41 years of experience and progressive responsibility in civil engineering consulting, including 38 years at the firm.  He has represented numerous residential, retail, office and industrial clients as well as various municipalities and counties.  His role is to provide technical expertise on any Civil issues that may arise during the course of a project including drainage, utilities, and grading as well as the roadway and parking layout.  He is the lead engineer for the firm on several projects including the Westchester County Airport and the Red Schoolhouse Road (Rockland County Route 41) Highway Design Improvements.

He is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of New York and Connecticut and currently serves in the capacity of Manager in charge of the Civil/Highway Engineering Group.  His qualifications include extensive hands-on planning, roadway design, field investigation and construction management, construction administration, construction inspection, environmental impact studies, design, traffic signal design, golf course design, permitting, utilities, drainage, grading, cost estimating, and project management as well as expert testimony.

Ralph is a recent Past-President of the Westchester/Putnam Professional Engineering Society as well as Director on the Board of Directors.  He is a member of the National and New York State Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Water Works Association.  Prior to joining the firm, Ralph worked for four years for the City of New York Department of Environmental Protection.  He holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
