Mark S. Gratz, P.E.
Senior Associate Mark Gratz is a licensed engineer with over 25 years professional experience in site planning and engineering design, approvals and project management, and construction administration. He often provides complete engineering and project management services from the feasibility stage through construction for the firm’s residential, retail and recreation clients.
Mark has recently served as project manager for the proposed 800,000 square foot Marketplace at Newburgh retail center for Wilder Balter Partners, the integration of multi-family residential use into the former Reader’s Digest corporate campus in Chappaqua, New York, and the consolidation and master plan improvements at Pace University’s campus in Pleasantville, New York.
Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Mark was an engineer and project manager at Ronald A. Freeman Associates, where he was responsible for numerous IBM facilities within Westchester County and aviation facilities and infrastructure improvements at the Westchester County Airport. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York, and a member of the National and New York Societies of Professional Engineers.
