Associate Mark Shogren has over 20 years of professional experience in engineering and project management for a variety of engineering projects. Mark’s responsibilities at the firm include design and coordination of site engineering services including grading, roadway design, water supply modeling, utility design, stormwater systems and erosion control design and inspections.

He is currently the project engineer for a variety of projects for which his duties include engineering design, project management and construction administrative services. Projects include a medical services building, parking garage and new emergency department at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, New York; Ridge Hill, a three million square foot mixed-use development in Yonkers, New York; and site design for a 200-acre mixed-use development in Pawling, New York.

Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mark was an Engineer Officer with the United States Army serving overseas in Germany and Bosnia as well as in Missouri and Colorado. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York.
