Associate Cosimo Reale has over 16 years of experience in project civil engineering design and construction administration. In addition to providing a full range of design and field services, he administers our projects’ compliance activities related to local and state permits and regulations.

Cosimo recently oversaw the construction and erosion and sediment controls for the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for several major projects, including the Westchester’s Ridge Hill development in Yonkers, New York, the Life Time Fitness athletic facility in Harrison, New York; and the extensive drainage improvements and wetland restoration at the Yorktown High/Middle School in Yorktown Heights, New York.

Prior to joining DTS Provident in 2006, Cosimo was employed by a Northern Westchester engineering firm and was the Director of Codes Enforcement for the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, New York, for which his duties included being Building, Zoning and Fire Inspector. He has an Associates of Applied Science in Civil Technology from Westchester Community College, is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control and is a member of the International Erosion Control Association.
