Ridge Hill and DTS Provident receive the Empire State Award for Site Development of the Year
Westchester’s Ridge Hill and its Civil Engineer DTS Provident received the Empire State Award for Site Development of the Year from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Lower Hudson Valley Branch at its Annual Awards Dinner on May 10th. Ridge Hill is a 1.3 million square feet mixed-use lifestyle center that recently opened on an 84-acre site in Yonkers, New York. DTS’s engineering responsibilities included 2.7 miles of public and private roads, over 10 miles of water, sanitary and stormwater lines, and nearly 5 million gallons of stormwater treatment capacity.
